1. Data provided by Customer

1.1. In order to register at www.teko.biz (hereinafter the Site) the Customer shall provide the following data: last name, first name, e-mail address, phone number. At Order placement the Customer may be requested the following data: full name of ordering party, Order delivery address, and phone number.

1.2. By providing their personal data, the Customer agrees to its processing (until such consent to processing of personal data is withdrawn by the Customer) by OOO TEKO — TD (hereinafter the Seller) for the purpose of fulfillment of the Seller’s and/or its partners’ obligations towards the Customers, for selling goods and rendering services, for providing help, and for promoting goods, works, and services, and agrees to receive commercial, information, and service messages. The Seller shall process personal data following the provisions of the Federal Law On Personal Data, Federal Law On Advertisement, and local regulations.

1.2.1. If the Customer wishes to refine their personal data, block, or destruct such data when these are incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, obtained illegally, or redundant for stated purpose of processing, or to revoke their consent to personal data processing, or eliminate inappropriate actions of Seller towards their personal data, the Customer shall submit an official request to the Seller according to the procedures established by OO TEKO — TD policy for personal data processing.

1.3. Using data provided by Customer and obtained by Seller

1.3.1 The Seller will use the data provided by the Customer for the duration of the Customer’s registration at the Site to:
 

  • register/authorized the Customer at the Site;
  • process Customer’s Orders and fulfill our obligations towards the Customer;
  • promote goods and services;
  • evaluate and assess Site performance;
  • award winners in promotions ran by the Seller;
  • evaluate buying behavior of the Customer and provide personalized recommendations;
  • inform the Customer of promotions, discounts, and special offers by email and SMS messages.

1.3.2. The Seller shall have the right to send commercial and information messages to the Customer.

If the Customer wishes to opt out of such commercial and information messages from the Seller, they shall adjust the corresponding subscription settings in their Account. Messages from the Seller may still come for 3 days after the settings have been adjusted due to specifics of information system communications and to terms of agreements with counterparties responsible for distribution of commercial and information messages on behalf of the Seller.

The Customer may not opt out of service messages for technical reasons. Service messages are related to Order state, goods in the Customer’s basket and/or goods added to the Customer’s Favorites, and are delivered to the e-mail address specified during registration at the Site as well as by SMS and/or Push notifications and by Customer service calls to the phone number specified during registration and/or Order placement.

2. Disclosure of data obtained by Seller

2.1. The Seller may not disclose the information provided by the Customer to any third parties. However, the Seller may provide such information to agents and other third parties acting on the basis of an agreement with the Seller for the purpose of fulfillment of obligations towards the Customer within the framework of applicable agreements. This provision shall not be deemed violated if the Seller discloses Customer’s data to third parties in anonymized form in order to evaluate and assess Site performance, evaluate buying behavior of the Customer, or provide personalized recommendations.

2.2. Information may be disclosed as required by justified applicable requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.

2.3. The Seller shall have the right to use cookies. Cookies do not contain any confidential data and are not distributed to third parties.

2.4. The Seller shall collect IP addresses of https://security-hub.ru visitors and source referral links. This information shall not be used for identification of visitors.

2.5. The Seller shall not be held liable for any data made public by the Customer at the Site.

2.6. For processing personal data, the Seller shall undertake any reasonable and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access or other unauthorized personal data manipulations.

3. Data storage and use by Customer

3.1. The Customer may not distribute their user name and password for https://security-hub.ru Web shop to any third parties.

3.2. The Customer shall ensure adequately secure storage of their user name and password (including without limitation Licensed antivirus software, complex alphanumerical combinations for passwords, restricted access to machines and other equipment storing Customer’s user name and password, etc.)

3.3. If the Seller suspects that the Customer’s account may be used by third parties or malicious software, the Seller shall have the right to change the Customer’s password unilaterally.

4. Additional information

4.1. Site administration shall have the right to amend this Privacy Policy without User’s consent.

4.2. New Privacy Policy shall come into effect when it is published at the Web shop’s Site unless otherwise specified in the new edition of the Privacy Policy.
